Meet Our Team


Dr. Jeremy La Motte

Medical Director

Dr. Jeremy La Motte was born and raised in the Southern California area. He attended UCLA for his undergraduate training with a major in Physiological Sciences. For medical school, Dr. La Motte attended the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. There, he met his wife and later had three energetic boys together.

After medical school, Dr. La Motte received his post-graduate training at the In His Image Family Medicine Residency Program in Tulsa, OK. He is currently board certified in Family Medicine. During residency, he had several opportunities to do medical relief work after the major earthquake in Pakistan and the tsunami in Indonesia. This is where he developed a passion for International Medicine. In 2010, his family moved to Nepal where he worked at a mission hospital for 3 ½ years.

After residency, Dr. La Motte gained invaluable experience working in the Emergency Department, teaching at the Family Medicine Residency Program and volunteering on a mobile medical van for underserved areas in Tulsa.


Daniel Clement, PT

Director of Rehabilitation

Daniel obtained his B.S. in Biology in 2008 from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He then completed his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Toronto. Daniel is experienced in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

He has also taken several post-graduate courses in advanced manual therapy, and is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor from the American Physical Therapy Association. His treatment philosophy is based on an individualized approach to care and educating his patients to improve their self-management skills.


Sherry Schneider, DC

Director of Chiropractic

Sherry Schneider D.C. is excited about joining the team at Sorrento Valley Pain Relief Center. She completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, 2004. She has treated a wide array of patients, from 2 days to 99 years old. She loves teaching patients about maintaining their health and believes that patients have the best outcomes in an integrated clinical setting.

Dr. Schneider grew up in San Diego and is an alumnus of La Jolla High. Her and her husband have three young children, all who receive regular chiropractic care. Dr. Schneider believes that the power of touch is very important and that can be seen in its clearest form when it comes to pediatric care. Dr. Schneider has studied under the ICPA and holds a certificate in pediatric chiropractic care from ICPA.


Olga Kravets

Physician Assistant

Olga studied to become a Physician Assistant in the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree and later got her Post Professional Master’s degree. Most of her professional career she worked as a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City taking care of brain and spine surgery patients. Through observing potentially influencing factors in patients’ recovery, she became interested in a more holistic approach to patients’ care. In her quest for ways of helping people to manage their pain better and increase their vitality, she studied Hypnosis and Feldenkrais Method.

Olga recently moved with her husband to the San Diego area from San Francisco, and she is happy to join Sorrento Valley Pain Relief’s Center team of like-minded professionals and offer her expertise as a Physician Assistant.
