Most describe a migraine as a crippling pain. A type of a headache, it forms as a sharp and intense throbbing pain in your temples. A person with a migraine typically wants to curl up in a ball in a dark and cold room until it passes. Turn off the Lights
If a migraine makes you sensitive to lights or sound, turn off the lights and turn down the sound. Go into a dark, cool, and silent room and close your eyes for a little while. You may take a nap or you may just relax in the room until your migraine passes. At the very least, this course of treatment will make you more comfortable.
Change the Temperature

Pulling your hair and putting your hair into a tight ponytail can also relieve some of the pressure and pain associated with a migraine.
The good news is you do not have to live the rest of your life coping with constant migraines, as there are many treatment options available in addition to the remedies listed above, including chiropractic care, acupuncture, physical therapy, and massage therapy. Never ignore headaches or migraines – sometimes they are a symptom of a larger health problem.
